Roy is awesome. I got lucky with him. Had electrical/ voltage issues. It was a Saturday. Called and left messages with a bunch of companies. Roy was the only one who got back to me within the hour. He happened to be in the area and finishing up his day. He offered to stop by and take a look. Quickly found out it was something Edison could fix and referred me to them.
